Oil free scroll air compressor
Oil free scroll air compressor is a type of volumetric compression air compressor,with compression components consisting of a dynamic vortex plate and a static vortex. lts working principle is to use the relative orbital motion of the dynamic and static vortex plates to form a continuous change in the closed volume, achieving the purpose of compressing gas. Mainly used in air conditioning,refrigeration,general gas compression,as well as in scenarios where small and medium-sized air com.pressors are used for automotive engine boosters and vacuum pumps. It has passed the ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 test for Dry oil-free screw air compressor.
The main engine adopts the design of dynamic and static scroll with three seals, which makes the compression process more stable. Multi-wing cooling fan for efficient cooling of the main engine.
The well-known brand main motor is adopted, the energy efficiency grade is IE3, and the design standard fully meets the
requirements of the air compressor for torque and load, so that the main motor can reach the highest working efficiency
and power factor at full load and partial load. IP55 protection grade TEFC main motor, insulation class F, so
that it can adapt to a variety of working environments, to ensure the reliability of the main motor.
Two level cooler design, cooling more fully. Each scroll host has a separate cooler (primary cooler), and the whole machine is equipped with a secondary cooler to further reduce the exhaust temperature. The fan of the secondary cooler can automatically start and stop according to the exhaust temperature, saving energy.
Traditional belt systems with automatic tensioning function maintain efficient operation throughout the running time. The system is easy to maintain, stable and reliable, and can protect the host to the greatest extent during startup.
Dream self-developed Smart Cont rol control system can control up to 10 oil-free scroll hosts. When multiple hosts participate in the operation, the control system will make each host maintain the same running time to reduce the user's maintenance costs, the control system will also detect the running time of each host and the unit rotation time. If the "rotation time" is reached, the system automatically switches the running host, shuts down the host with the longest running time, and starts the host with the shortest running time.
Each host is controlled by an independent controller. The failure of a single controller does not affect the running of other hosts and is highly reliable. The controller complies with CE certification and has powerful functions. On the large color screen of the control system, the temperature of each host, the current of each motor, the running time, the exhaust pressure can be displayed, and it has a variety of functions such as reverse phase protection, maintenance reminders, etc., which is easy to use.
