The Love Fund, established in 2015 with an initial capital of 4,506.7 RMB, also receives additional funding from the sales of the company’s self-branded air compressors (a portion of the proceeds from each sale is donated). Over nearly 10 years, the Dream Positive Energy Love Fund has supported dozens of employees or their family members dealing with illness. Additionally, during the pandemic in 2022, the fund helped all employees navigate through difficult times. This reflects the company’s humanistic philosophy of "managing the enterprise with love, caring for employees, people-centered values, and spreading kindness," as well as our commitment to fulfilling social responsibility.
