1. Air cooling: The lubricating oil cooler and the compressed air post cooler of the air-cooled screw machine are integrated into an aluminum plate-fin structure, which is brazed in a vacuum furnace. Once the oil leaks, it is almost irreparable, only to be replaced. . Its working principle is that hot oil and high temperature (about 80℃) gas flow in their respective pipes, the motor drives the fan to rotate, and the cold wind blows vertically through the pipes loaded with hot oil and high-temperature gas to realize heat exchange, and feels passing through the radiator by hand. After the heat exchange, the air will feel very hot. After the compressed air is cooled by the cooler, its exhaust temperature is generally below (atmospheric temperature + 15°C). Air-cooled air compressors are more sensitive to ambient temperature conditions. When choosing a place for placement, it is best to pay attention to the environmental ventilation conditions.

2. Water cooling: Generally, a tubular radiator is used. Water flows in the pipe and hot oil flows outside the pipe. After heat exchange, the cold water becomes hot water. The water cooler must build a cooling tower to cool the hot water after heat exchange to participate in the next cycle. The water quality has a great impact on the radiator, and the cooling tower adds a lot of cost. Therefore, the amount of water cooler is far less than that of air coolers. However, in places where the dust is relatively large, such as cement plants, workshops with fusible dust, such as spraying workshops, use water coolers as much as possible.

Once the water-cooled radiator becomes fouled, it is difficult to clean it. Generally, it needs to be soaked in chemical water for several days, and then blown with high-pressure water or high-pressure air. The amount of cooling water for water chillers is clearly stipulated in JB/T6430-2002. It takes about 4 liters of water to compress 1m3 of air. The design basis of the cooling water temperature is 32℃, and the water quality must meet the general industrial water standard or above. Avoid using groundwater as much as possible. If the water quality is poor, the cooling water tower must regularly add cleaning agents to clean the deposits, so as not to affect the efficiency and life of the cooler. In winter, when the normal temperature is below freezing point, after the unit is shut down, the cooling water in the cooler must be drained cleanly.

3. Oil-cooled type: Oil-cooled is the use of oil to lubricate, cool and seal, and the machine needs to cool the oil to keep it at a reasonable temperature. It has a small volume, good heat dissipation, and low cost. It can use the circulation system of air compressor lubricating oil. . Oil-cooled air compressors have very high requirements on process and technology.

11. The oil content of the gas directly compressed by the compressor is less than or equal to 3PPM, and the oil content of the gas after being processed by the high-efficiency oil and gas separator is less than or equal to 0.01PPM, which can be recycled and is easy to disassemble.

12. Nano air filter, with a filtration accuracy of 0.01UM, which can filter pollen-level particles.
