Product Features

Dry type two stage air end
1. The air compression chamber is completely separated from the oil chamber. The air side adopts a stainless steel spring-loaded metal ring wear-free sealing system. The lubricating oil side is a wear-free sealing system with a copper labyrinth seal. The two do not contact.
2. The secondary rotor is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and more reliable;
3. The rotor and the inner wall of the compression chamber of the air end are coated with a strong super coating to prevent corrosion and the coating from falling off, and the life of the air end is longer.
4. The first-stage casing of the air end is directly cooled by wind, and the lubricated oil of the second-stage main engine is cooled by filtered lubricating oil, which avoids the generation of scale and improves the reliability of operation.
Specialized motor for air compressor
1. Imported brand bearings, protection class IP54, insulation class F, suitable for harsh environments such as large dust and high temperature.

Silent centrifugal fan
1. The whole series adopts centrifugal fan, which is more efficient and more energy-saving.
2. Compared with axial fans, centrifugal fans have higher air pressure, lower noise and more energy saving.
3. Controlled by frequency conversion fan, the oil temperature is constant and the service life of lubricating oil is greatly extended.
4. Due to the high wind pressure, the cooler and filter are less likely to be blocked.
Air filter
Air filter: the filter area exceeds 150% of the normal need, the inlet pressure loss is low, and the energy efficiency is good;
Oil filter: A full-flow built-in pressure-retaining oil filter suitable for medium-pressure working conditions. The rated processing capacity of the oil filter is ≥ 1.5 times the circulating oil volume. The imported filter material and large excess design are used. The filter has high filtration accuracy and good durability.
Oil recovery filter element: high-quality filter material is selected, with high filtration accuracy and sufficient oil recovery.
Inlet valve
Inlet valve: The hydraulically controlled normally closed disc valve is used. The hydraulic control is accurate and reliable, and automatic loading and unloading control can be achieved through the piston.
Temperature control valve (part): The unit is equipped with a temperature control valve to ensure that the unit is more convenient to start in a low temperature environment, and to ensure the oil supply of the bearing at any time; to ensure the stable operation of the unit.
Overflow valve: Direct-acting overflow valve with reliable structure; when the oil pressure exceeds the set value, direct the oil into the oil storage tank to ensure the stable supply pressure.
