It can run at full speed under atmospheric pressure and ultimate vacuum.

2. The cooling water volume in the above table is based on the cooling water at 20℃ at the inlet. The amount of cooling water varies according to the secondary cooler. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water should be around 7℃.
