1. Air end operating data
★ The outlet temperature of the machine head is below 95℃ for air-cooled machines, and below 90℃ for water-cooled machines. High temperature tripping will occur if it exceeds 110℃;
★ The ambient temperature of the air compressor is 0-40℃. Too high will cause the temperature of the main engine to be too high, and too low will cause difficulty in starting the air compressor;
★ The vibration value of the head of the air compressor: the vibration value of the air compressor main body should be less than 7.5mm/s.
2. Three filter operation data of air compressor
★ After the oil is separated, the oil content of the exhaust gas is about 1-5ppm, and the oil content in the general compressed air is: 3ppm;
★ The control panel displays: the air filter pressure difference value is lower than -0.05ba, the filter element must be replaced;
★ Air filter particles: 98% for 1 micron; 99.5% for 2 micron; 99.9% for 3 micron;
★ Filter particles of oil filter: 10μm; the filtering precision of oil can reach 0.1μm;
★ Generally, the newly-changed oil partial pressure difference is about 0.2bar; the maximum pressure difference of the oil-air separator cannot exceed 0.8bar, and it must be replaced immediately if it exceeds;
★ Oil content: The initial pressure difference is ≤0, and the maximum working temperature of 2mpa is 120℃;
Oil filter: The maximum working temperature is less than 120℃, and the maximum working pressure is 1.4-2.5mpa;
Air filter: The working temperature is less than 120℃, and the maximum working pressure is: 1.4-1.5mpa.
3. Other data
★ The temperature difference between cooling water input and output is about 15 degrees. Too large or too small indicates that there is a problem with the cooling system. And the cooling water flow rate is 3.7 liters/sec or more;
★ A. The formula for calculating the gas output of the air compressor is: 1 cubic meter of gas produced per 6KW; gas output of 1 kilowatt is 0.1633 m3
B. (1) British horsepower (HP) (hp)=0.746KW=746W;
(2) Metric horsepower (HP) (hp)=0.735KW=735W (usually converted by this unit);
★ Conversion table of air compressor power: cubic *6.6;
★ Air compressor oil: flash point temperature is 200℃, freezing point is -20℃.
