The trial operation and interlock debugging of the lubricating oil system are very important. Prior to trial operation, it is necessary to attach great importance to the installation and operation specifications and to find problems in time and rectify them to ensure the safe operation of the lubricating oil system in essence. When overhauling, check the oil pipeline and constant temperature. The valve, the one-way fuel supply valve, especially the sludge and impurities in the oil-air separator are thoroughly cleaned.
How to add screw coolant?
1. Stop breathing.
2. Close the air compressor outlet valve.
3. Relieve the pressure and release the pressure in the oil-gas separation cylinder of the air compressor. (According to different models)
4. Wait for about 5 minutes to ensure that the oil pressure and oil temperature in the oil-gas separator cylinder have dropped.
5. Cover the oiled lid with a larger cloth. (Prevent hot oil from spraying directly on people)
6. Unscrew a little with a wrench and observe whether there is oil spraying out. (As long as the pressure is relieved in place, no oil will be ejected)
7. Fill in the coolant specified by the manufacturer.
8. Fill to the designated position of the observation port.
How to change the coolant of the screw air compressor?
1. Start the air compressor, let it run for about 5 minutes, wait until the oil temperature rises to about 50°C, and then shut down.
2. Observe the internal pressure of the oil and gas separator. When the pressure is found to be around 0.1Mpa, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel and connect to the oil storage tank.
